My numbers are beautiful!!!! My triglycerides are down by 150 points and I am within 5 points of normal. My good cholesterol is up and my bad is down, also within in normal. My liver enzymes are good. It was an all around very encouraging visit. WOOHOO!!!!
Now that's incentive to keep going for sure.

Man, Kori, THAT IS TOTALLY AWESOME!!! I'm so happy for you, and I know that you must be thrilled with that kind of improvement! You keep it up! Bet you never thought it would be so great to be "Normal," eh?!
I woke up this morning to full blown UTI symptoms. Gotta pee again before I even stand up from going the first time, burning, cloudy...etc. Maybe -- JUST MAYBE -- this is what has been bugging me for the past month?? All my back and abdomenal pain was a simmering UTI??? Well, I started some Cipro this AM, so we will know in a few days if I have improvement in other areas besides the ol' bladder. :)
Snuck a peak at the scale...up two pounds, but I'm gonna keep at it for the week and see if I can't get those gone by Friday. I REALLY don't want to gain. If I can get rid of all this PAIN, maybe I could quit stressing and refocus!
